• *RESTRICTIONS FOR THIS SPECIAL OFFER:

  • Offer cannot be used as part of an auto accident case.
  • HSA cards will not work on the online platform, as you purchasing services in advance. If you want your HSA to reimburse, purchase the special with a credit card and get reimbursed from your HSA account as services are rendered. We can provide receipts on each date of service. 
  • You can still use these visits if you have insurance (especially if this works out cheaper for you).
  • You can use your health insurance for your chiropractic visits and this special for additional services not covered by insurance.
  • No insurance will be billed and this will not go towards your deductible.
  • Can only be applied to future visits, not past visits.
  • Each "visit" can be used for an adjustment or shockwave. 
  • All visits must be used at our Columbia location only. 
  • Refunds can be issued on unused visits, but all visits expire and no refund will be provided after November 1st, 2025 (You will still have credit available on your account).
  • Visits may be shared though it may not be recommended for maximum treatment effectiveness (For example, you receive 6 adjustments and your spouse receives the other 6 visits)
